This product design and specifications for this gown are being provided by the Regents of the University of Minnesota as a free service to the community during this public health emergency subject to the following terms. 

Regulatory Notice

Individuals or organizations that manufacture products utilizing this design and specifications (“You”) are solely responsible for obtaining all applicable regulatory requirements that apply to the manufacture of the gown.    The distribution or sale of gowns manufactured using this design and specifications must comply with all regulatory requirements, including, but not limited to with respect to use in the U.S., the March 20, 2020 article “Enforcement Policy for Gowns, Other Apparel, and Gloves During the Coronavirus Disease (COVID-19) Public Health Emergency - Guidance for Industry and Food and Drug Administration Staff” (https://www.fda.gov/media/136540/download). Under no circumstances is the University responsible for manufacturer's compliance with regulatory requirements

You are free to use, copy, and share this design and specifications, including for commercial manufacture, without payment of any fees or charges, and for the duration of the declared COVID-19 public health emergency only, but may not assert ownership in the design and specifications, ownership of which belongs to the University and/or the individuals who created the design.  Any publication referencing the design and specifications must include the copyright notice above.  Any copies or portions of the design and specifications provided to another person must include the copyright notice and the legal terms above.
